Radio Europa 24 is a new short-wave station purportedly transmitting from Germany on 6.150 kHz. A test transmission was observed at 18.15 UTC in Germany. Future air time is still unclear. If operation is limited only to Europe in the daytime, this will make reception difficult for listeners elsewhere in the world. Estimated power is between 5 to 10 kW.
