NOTE: Due to the Covid-10 pandemic many businesses, i.e. radio stations, post offices, have either limited their postal delivery or personnel. Consequentially, very few verifications were received this month, although many reception reports have been sent in the past few months. Only the  eQSLs posted here were received; not one paper QSLs has arrived in the letterbox. Until better days, let us stay safe, stay home and listen to the radio. 73.

DZME-AM (via Pasig City, Philippines)

Radio Station DZME-AM / "Radyo Uno" / "Kinse Trenta" in Pasig City (Manila), Philippines was logged on 14 March 2020. Evangelical Christian programming  "Oras ng Himala"  was monitored from 15.40 till 15.55 UTC (11.40 till 11.55 PM, Manila time). Reception of this 25kW station on 1530 kHz rated a SINPO of 44444 -- good signal strength, clear audio, occasional fading HERE is DZME.

Reception report was submitted on Facebook Messenger to Mr. Ed Sarto, Programme Director at DZME, on the following day, with multiple follow-ups. Finally, after another go at FB Messenger, he replied with confirmation (QSL) on 29 May2020. Thank you, Mr. Ed Sarto.

TWR Trans Yakhon Radyosa (via Yerevan-Gavar)

TWR Trans Yakhon Radyosa (?), presumed to be Yerevan-Gavar, Armenia, was logged on 2 May 2020. Discussion in Central Asian language (possibly Uzbek) was monitored 17.15 till 17.45 UTC. Reception on 864 kHz rated a SINPO of 54433 -- strong carrier signal, audio was under modulated, audible content but difficult to decipher, occasional fading, some QRM from possibly KBS1 in South Korea.

Reception report was emailed on the following day. Follow up email was on 21 May 2020, owing to Covid-19 delay communication/closed offices. Finally, an eQSL arrived on 22 May 2020.

Voice of Arabs / ERU (via Batra)

Voice of Arabs (Sawt al-Arab) / ERU, transmitting from Batra, Egypt was logged on 15 March 2020. Arabic language programming with music was noted from 18.55 till 19.05 UTC. Reception on the medium-wave frequency of 621 kHz rated a SINPO of 25422 -- weak to fair signal strength, clear audio content, no interference at the time of reception, fading under atmospheric noise. HERE is Voice of Arabs. 

Reception report was emailed the following day. An email was received on 19 May 2020 acknowledging the reception report, short of being a bona fide QSL.

SM Radio Dessau* (via Moosbrunn)

SM Radio Dessau*, transmitting from Moosbrunn, Austria, was logged on 1 May 2020. A German language broadcast featuring the music by Peter Meyer of Puhdys on their 50 Years was observed from 11.00 till 11.25 UTC. Reception on 6.070 kHz rated a SINPO of 55555 -- excellent reception.

Reception report was emailed to Max Berger shortly after the broadcast on the same day. He replied with his eQSL on 3 May 2020.
