Radio Romania International, transmitting from Tiganesti, was heard on 7 January 2015. A Chinese language broadcast -- a first for me -- was monitored from 13.28 to 14.00 UTC. Station interval was noted at 13.28 UTC, followed by station ID, news, commentary and short musical selection, then station interval again until sign-off at 14.00 UTC.
Reception on 11.880 kHz was (SINPO) 23432 -- droning, white noise mixed with slight station splatter from an adjacent broadcaster, together with some atmospheric QRN hampered clear and audible reception of a weak to fair transmission of Radio Romania International.
Reception report was emailed the following day, 8 January 2015. Not sure if a standard QSL is in order or one written in Chinese will be received. The latter would be novel and nice. I hope this is the case. QSL card arrived in the mail on 24 February 2015.
