Radio Taiwan International via Paochung was logged on 2 March 2020. English language programming to South East Asia was heard from 03.00 till 04.00 UTC. Reception on 15.320 kHz was SINPO 55555 -- exceptionally strong signal and clear audio content.
Reception report was submitted about a week later. QSL card arrived in the mail, despite disruption of delivery due to COVOD-19 pandemic crisis, on 3 April 2020.
