Madagascar World Voice (New Life Station)
via Mahajanga was received on 5 March 2019. English programming with
Western pop songs was monitored from 20.00 UTC onward, on the
short-wave frequency of 11.965 kHz rated a SINPO of 35433 -- fair signal,
fading occasionally under atmospheric noise, but clear and audible
content otherwise. HERE is MWV (Mahajanga).
Reception report was emailed on the same day. QSL card arrived on 28 March 2019,
