Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation in a test transmission from Trincomalee was logged on 17 August 2017. Transmission was monitored from 17.00 till 17.15 UTC, which included a mix of listener phone-in discussions and Tamil music.  Reception on 11.835 kHz was good with relatively no interference, clear audio and minor fading, earning a SINPO of 45444.HERE's how SLBC sounded in Malaysia:
