Danmarks Meteorologiske Institut

Danmarks Meteorologiske Institut* via Danmarks Ràdio, transmitting from the famed transmitter facility in Kalundborg, was logged on 2 November 2014. Station intervals / IDs, meteorological reports, news, annoucements of call letters and "Ekko" were noted between 16.43 to 17.10 UTC. Reception on the longwave frequency of 243 kHz was (SINPO) 54555 -- excellent signal with slight transmitter hum and minor station interference under signal.

Reception report was emailed on 2 November 2014. A prompt computer generated message promised a reply no later than 14 November 2014, or ten working days. A follow up email to DMI informed me to contact Danmarks Radio. Reception report was in turn emailed and posted on 15 November 2014. QSL letter and photo of transmitter site was received on 2 December 2014.
