China Radio International, transmitting via Cerrik, Albania, was logged on 7 January 2012. English broadcast was aired from 00.00 to 01.57 UTC (monitored 00.25 to 01.30 UTC) on 9.570 kHz. Reception (SINPO) at 00.25 UTC was 25222 -- fair signal strength with fading, otherwise clear and audible speech at times. Reception worsened after 01.20 UTC to 25322 -- fair signal strength with fading degraded significantly due to increased atmospheric noise. By 01.30 UTC signal could not be received due to QRN.
Reception report submitted by email to CRI. After resubmitting my reception report in late March, I received this email on 26 March 2012 from Ying Lian, CRI English Service, essentially confirming my report: "We've asked the relevant ones to send QSL cards to you as soon as possible." All that remains is the QSL card per se.
