Radio Romania International via Galbeni was heard on 10 December 2021. Romanian language news, sports and cultural programmes were observed from 17.00 till 17.30 UTC. Reception on the shortwave frequency of 7.370 kHz rated a SINPO of 34343 -- fair signal, clear content despite either slight transmitter noise and/or moderate atmospheric noise.
Reception report was emailed on the following day. QSL card arrived in the mail on 11 March 2022.
