BBC, transmitting from Eastern Relay Station in al Seela, Oman, was received on 5 September 2019. An Arabic language broadcast of news and commentary on current events was observed between 18.45 till 19.00 UTC. Reception on 1413 kHz (MW) rated a SINPO of 35433 -- fair signal strength, clear audio content, brief fading under atmospheric noise every few minutes. Generally reception is heard nightly after 17.00 UTC under good conditions, and I has been many a times from this transmitter site and frequency over the years. HERE is BBC al Seela (MW).
