Galbina was logged on 11 July 2020. Romanian programming with sports
commentary and Romanian pop music was monitored from 17.10 till 17.30
UTC. Reception on 9.500 kHz rated a SINPO of 54444 -- strong signal
with clear audio despite interference from China Radio International
mixing under your transmission. HERE is RRI.
Reception report was emailed on the following day, 12 July 2020. An eQSL was received on 18 July 2020. As with the previous eQSLs from RRI, the data portion of the card was blank; I completed the details for my personal record.
