China Radio International for China National Radio 1 (SAPPRFT). transmitting from Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, (China), was monitored from 12.30 till 13.00 UTC on 14 April 2018. News, station promo and station IDs were noted during the half hour that the station was monitored. Reception on the medium-wave frequency of 1593 kHz rated a SINPO of 44333 -- fair to good signal when not fading and mixing with Radio Thailand. Reception report was emailed to CRI and posted to CNR on the following day. Insomuch as I have had little success in obtaining verification directly from either CNR or PBS, I contacted CRI. QSL card from CRI for CNR was received on 26 May 2018.
