The above QSL card is from the Japanese Service of China Radio International, transmitting from Xian and Jinhua. It arrived in the mail today, after emailing a reception report in Japanese. It is significant to note the Japanese Service apparently issues a card for each month; note the number '4' on the side of the card for the month of April. For DXers unable to obtain a QSL card from the English Service at present, this is certainly an attractlve alternative. CRIをありがとうございます
