China National Radio 1 / PBS
via Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Quinghai Province, China was logged on 5 March 2019. Chinese programming, mostly talk
format, mixing under Radio Taiwan International was monitored from 14.10
till 14.30 UTC. Reception on the short-wave frequency of 6.075 kHz was
SINPO 12431 -- weak signal strength, with strong co-frequency QRM from
Radio Taiwan International, yet still audible underneath RTI. HERE is CNR (Yushu) station ID mixing under RTI.
Reception report was mailed to CNR a few days later. I submitted the report using a Goggle English to Mandarin translation, thinking this would secure a QSL. Subsequent to this, I have been told by a fellow DXer that an English language report is sufficient as well. That said, this much prized QSL card from CNR arrived in the mail on 13 June 2018.

Very interesting QSL. I guess they only do send out their cards once a year. I have received one at the same time stamp, but dated a log from January 2018.
ReplyDeleteSo it took me more than 1.5 years to finally get it
