This Voice of Vietnam bookmark was received in the mail, today. I suspect this souvenir was intended to accompany their QSL card for a recent reception report. Oddly, VoV has promised a few previous QSL cards, but none have been received to date. In years past, VoV was much more reliable.
Sent about a dozen of reports in different languages to VOV5 between Sept and Nov 2018, none QSL card has been sent nor received yet. However, the letters and mails did arrive as they have been featured in the weekly letter box programme
