Radio Veritas

Is this a QSL card from Radio Veritas Asia? Or is it consolation for  DZRV-Am / Radio Veritas Philippines reception report I submitted to RVA after the former failed to respond? Or neither? Previous reports to Radio Veritas Philippines were posted and emailed, not once but numerous times, about three months ago to no avail. Exasperated, I contacted RVA -- thinking as affiliate stations -- a QSL from RVA might resolve this quest for their verification. I guess not.  It  looks as if I'm nowhere closer than before. All the same, I am thankful RVA sent this postcard (QSL without verification details), transmission schedule, sticker and bookmarkers.  Thank you, Radio Veritas Asia!
