Radio Liberty/Radio Azadi (via Sulaibiyah)

Radio Liberty (Radio Azadi), transmitting from Sulaibiyah, Kuwait, was logged on 15 February 2024. A Pashto language broadcast was monitored from 03.30 till 04.00 UTC. Reception on 13.860 kHz rated a SINPO of 35343 - fair signal strength to audible content, but too much atmospheric noise to make it bearable to listen. 

 Reception report was emailed on the same day. A QSL card was received on 29 February 2024.
