Radio Taiwan International, transmitting from Paochung, was logged on 8 February 2022. This QSL is for their  English language broadcast from 03.00 till 03.59 UTC, on 15.320 kHz. SINPO rated a 55444 -- strong signal, clear audio, despite minor atmospheric noise in the background. 

Reception report was emailed on the following day. QSL card arrived in the mail on 23 February 2022.
