Voice of Mongolia, transmitting from Ulaanbaator, was received on 29 September 2019. This English language broadcast, featuring Mongolian music performed on the international stage, was observed from 09.00 till 09.30 UTC. Reception on the shortwave frequency of 12.085 kHz rated a SINPO of 44444 -- strong signal and clear content, despite some over-modulation and fading. HERE and HERE is VoM.
Reception report was mailed and emailed on th efollowing day. QSL card with sticker arrived on 18 October 2019. The QSL depicts Chinggis Khaan (Ghengis Khan) Statue Complex, Tuv. The postage stamp of the double-humped camel, unique to Mongolia and much of Central Asia, is a bonus with this letter, which arrived by registered mail.

Voice of Turkey, transmitting from Emirler, was logged on 25 August 2019. A Turkish language broadcast, consisting mostly of Turkish pop music, was logged from 17.55 till 18.35 UTC. Transmission occurred on 5.960 kHz.
Reception report was submitted the following day. QSL card arrived in the mail on 10 October 2019.

Japan Short Wave Club/AWR (via Trincomalee)
Japan Short Wave Club via Adventist World Radio, transmitting from Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, was logged on 1 September 2019. This QSL card confirms reception of JSWC DX Report heard during AWR's Wavescan programme from 16.05 till 16.30 UTC. This segment also included Ray Robinson's commentary on MW broadcasters in Uruguay and Jeff White's interview of Kim Elliot, former announcer with VOA and currently on WRMI. Reception on 9.580 kHz rated a SINPO of 25322 -- weak signal, occasionally clear audio when not fading under atmospheric noise. Reception deteriorated gradually after 16.20 UTC.
Reception report, along with USD2.00, was posted to Japan Short Wave Club on 3rd of September 2019. QSL card of the Year of the Pig, along with two NHK postcards featuring landmarks of Japan, arrived in the letterbox on 4 September 2019.

Trans World Radio Africa, transmitting from Al-Dhabbiya, UAE, was received on 29 September 2019. An Amharic broadcast of "Kingdom of Eswatini" was monitored from 03.35 till 03.45 UTC. Reception on 9.655 kHz rated a SINPO of 24332 -- weak signal, occasionally clear and audible when not fading under atmospheric noise. HERE is TWR (Al-Dhabbiya)

All India Radio Bengaluru, transmitting from Hosakote, Karnataka, was logged on 17 June 2019. Indian music, followed by news in English and Hindi, was observed from 16.55 till 17.40 UTC. Transmission was noted on the medium-wave frequency of 612 kHz. Reception was fair to good.
Reception report was mailed to Spectrum Management & Synergy a few days later. QSL was mistakenly sent to Indonesia, before being rerouted to Malaysia. It eventually arrived on 1 October 2019.

IBB / Voice of America, transmitting from Ban Rasom, Thailand, was logged on 14 September 2019. Bangla service "Lifeline" was monitored from 15.00 till 15.30 UTC. Programme in Burmese followed at 15.30 UTC. Reception on the medium-wave frequency of 1575 kHz rated a SINPO of 55544 - strong signal strength, clear audio, brief and slight fading. Reception report was emailed to both the Station Manager at the IBB facility and VOA Bangla department on the following day. Not sure who has verified this reception report. I suspect the Station Manager. Will see the full outcome in days ahead. In any case, this veri came on 30 September 2019.
