La Rosa de Tokio via WRMI (Okeechobee, USA) was received on 4 December 2018. A Spanish language dialogue between male and female speakers was heard from
23.20 till 23.45 UTC. Reception the short-wave frequency of
9.955 kHz rated a SINPO of 25331 -- weak but audible signal, occasionally discernible audio content despite atmospheric noise.
Reception report was emailed and submitted online the following day. This rather unique QSL card of a hand drawn map of New Orleans arrived in the mail on 28 January 2019. OMAR JOSE SOMMA, Jefe del Departamento Técnico de LS11 Radio Provincia, confirmed with an eQSL on 5 February 2019.
