Radio Taiwan International,
transmitting from Kostinbrod (Bulgaria), was logged on 8 September
2018. This test transmission for German language speakers in Europe,
from 19.00 till 19.30 UTC, was received on 5.900 kHz with a SINPO of
24322 -- weak signal, occasionally audible when not fading under
atmospheric noise. Signal worsened after 19.20 UTC. HERE is RTI (Kostinbrod).
Reception report was emailed on the following day, then sent follow-up reports in subsequent weeks. Two QSL cards for this broadcast arrived in the mail on 19 November 2018.
