Reception on  the short-wave frequency of 9.595  kHz rated a SINPO of 35443 -- fair to good signal. clear and audible speech until around 10.56 UTC when station splatter from China National Radio. HERE is Radio Nikkei 1. This broadcast was recorded a few days before Radio Nikkei 1 ceased operation on this frequency.
