Radio Free Asia, transmitting from Dushanbe (Tajikistan) was logged on 1 May 2018. Tibetan programming with news reports, filler music and Tibetan music and RFA ID was observed from 02.05 till 02.30 UTC. Reception on 13.765 kHz emitted a (SINPO) of 43543 -- good signal strength but mixing with Chinese broadcaster (possibly CNR. HERE's RFA (Dushanbe) Reception report was emailed on the same day. A follow-up email was sent in early June. QSL card arrived in the mail on 22 June 2018.
