Shortwave Radio (via Lower Saxony)

Shortwave Radio, New shortwave station in Lower Saxony* was logged in a test transmission using the remote SDR receiver at Twente (The Netherlands). Frequent station IDs and details about future broadcasts intended for the UK and Europe was observed between English pop songs from 17.58 till 19.00 UTC, on 3 August 2017. Reception on  6.160 kHz initially rated a SINPO of 13221 -- terribly weak, station splatter, no real discernible content. Had to set receiver to AMsync just to detect their signal. Reception improved to 34343 after 18.50 UTC with audible and clear content.

Reception report was emailed the following day. An eQSL arrived on 29 December.
