A German language broadcast of Chinese Pop music, "CRI Panorama", and "Sprachkurs Alltagschinesisch" was monitored from 18.15 till 18.57 UTC (broadcast time 18.00 till18.57 UTC). Reception on 11.650 kHz was SINPO 33443 -- fair signal strength and clear audio despite transmitter noise.
