Voice of Vietnam (via Dhabbaya)

Voice of Vietnam (Die Stimme Vietnams), transmitting from Dhabbaya (UAE), was logged on 12 June 2015. A German language of news, mailbag and feature on Vietnam folk festival was noted from 19.30 till 20.00 UTC. Broadcast was repeated at 20.00 UTC and presumably until 20.30 UTC. Reception on 9.430 kHz was (SINPO) 44544 -- good signal strength and clear audio, despite station splatter and minor fluttering fade. QRM gradually degraded an otherwise strong signal to 43543.

Reception report was emailed to VoV on 13 June 2015. QSL card, postcard and programme schedule arrived in the mail on 30 July 2015.
