Radio Free Asia via Saipan was received on 16 May 2015. News and current event reports about Kampuchea and Vietnam in the Khmer language were clearly heard from 22.35 till 23.05 UTC (broadcast time 22.30 till 23.30 UTC). Reception on 13.740 kHz was (SINPO) 45434 -- good signal strength and audio quality despite frequent fading and transmitter humming. Nevertheless transmission was audible and clear.
Reception report was emailed on 19 May 2015. QSL card arrived in the mail on 29 May 2015.
