Sound of Hope relay of Radio Free Asia (Taiwan)

Sound of Hope relay of Radio Free Asia, transmitting from Taiwan, was logged on 5 November 2014. A Chinese language broadcast consisting of a presumably political nature was observed from 10.15 to 11.00 UTC. Website was announced repeatedly just before the top of the hour. Reception on 9.320 kHz was (SINPO) 23332 - weak to fair signal when not affected by periodic jamming or atmospheric noise.

Reception report was emailed to both SOH and RFA on 5 November 2014. SOH was QSLed in 2011. What  makes this broadcast unique is the relay of RFA programmes, hence the reason for pursuing a verification from both SOH and RFA.
