Voice of Mongolia (via Radio 700)

Voice of Mongolia*, relay transmission from Radio 700 in Kall-Krekel, Germany,  was logged on 10 September 2014. English language broadcast of  "Daily News" about Mongolia-Germany trade and business agreements, Remembrance Day for Mongolian Political Repression and Mongolian pop tunes was heard from 17.30 to 18.00 UTC. Reception on 6.005 kHz was (SINPO) 54544 -- good signal strength and audio clarity, despite transmitter heterodyning and occasional fading.

For listeners (especially in Europe) unable to catch VoM directly from Ulaan Baator, this is certainly a viable way to hear their broadcast. Again, Radio 700 (on 6.005 kHz) is nearly impossible to receive directly in South East Asia due to jammers (on the Korean peninsula), hence the reason for using the remote receiver in the Netherlands. VoM in Ulaan Baator, on the other hand, is and has been received in South East Asia, but generally under poor conditions with transmitter droning and QRM.

Reception report was emailed to Voice of Mongolia and Radio 700 the following day, 11 September 2014. Previous QSLs have been from Radio 700 via WRMI and Internet stream.  Not sure who will QSL reception reports for this transmission -- VoM or Radio 700?
