Radio Free Chosun (via Dushanbe)

Self-made QSL with email message

Radio Free Chosun, transmitting presumably from Dushanbe, Tajikistan, was logged on 13 August 2013. A Korean language broadcast, consisting mostly of commentary, was  monitored from 12.15 to 12.45 UTC (broadcast time 12.00 to 14.00 UTC). Reception on 15.720 kHz was (SINPO) 25332 -- weak signal but audible and clear despite fading and atmospheric noise.

Reception report was emailed the following day. On 13 September 2013 I received the following email from Radio Free Chosun indirectly confirming my reception report: "Many thanks for your kind report. Your report is very helpful to know frequency conditions. Thank you again. Warm Regards, An Kyoung Hee"
