China Radio International (via Jinhua)

China Radio  International, transmitting from Jinhua, People's Republic of China was logged on  20 January 2013. The English language broadcast of "Beyond Beijing" news and reports, "World According to Words" and "China Studio" was noted  from 15.00 to 15.57 UTC. Transmission was on the frequency: 9.785 kHz. Reception (SINPO) was 54444 -- excellent signal strength and clarity of audio despite some interfering station splatter and slight fading. By 15.35 UTC reception improved slightly to 54544. 

A reception report was emailed to CRI the following day. I received this email later in the afternoon confirming my report: "Many thanks for your greetings and report of Jan. 20 programme.  We will send a qsl card.Your questions on our broadcasting will be welcome. Yours sincerely, Ying Lian, English Service, China Radio International." This QSL card arrived in the mail on 20 February 2013.
