Voice of Guang-hua in Taipei, Taiwan was monitored on 12 May 2011 between 22.15 to 00.05 UTC on  9.745 kHz. Chinese language programmes featured commentary and music. Reception was fair, but with severe QRM from Radio Romania International from 23.00 to 23.56 UTC. Afterwards, Radio Bahrain was faintly detected in the background.

Reception report was sent by post and at their website. Letter was returned, undelivered on 7 June 2011. After finding the correct address and resubmitting the report, I received this very unique QSL card on 23 June 2011.
