Voice of Mongolia in Ulan Bator, Mongolia was logged on 6 February 2010 at 10.00-10.30 UTC  on 12.080 kHz.

Signal (SINPO) was 44334. Signal was relatively strong, but it was marred by some atmospheric disturbance and slight fading. 

Two reception reports were sent to Voice of Mongolia, both by mail and email. I subsequently received one QSL card and was notified on their Listener's Mailbag programme that the other reception report was never received.
