Radio Tirana International (RTI) in Albania was logged on 28 August 2010 at 18.45-19.00 UTC on 7.520 kHz.
Signal (SINPO) was weak at 14131 and marked by slight fading and severe atmospheric interference; overall signal was audible, but speech undiscernible.
After a short piano interval signal, a programme of news and selected music was heard.
It took two attempts to receive a QSL from Radio Tirana International. Once contacted by RTI, I received an email indicating a QSl card was in the mail and given a broadcast schedule for the Fall/Winter 2010.
