Radio Liangyou (Iba/Bocaue, Philippines)

Radio Liangyou, transmitting presumably from Iba/Bocaue, Philippines, was logged on 16 August 2022. A Mongolian language broadcast of mostly religious talk and a few song was monitored from 09.30 till 10.00 UTC. Reception on 15.450 kHz rated a  SINPO of 55444 -- strong and clear signal, despite minor atmospheric noise and slight fading.

Reception was submitted on the same day. An eQSL was received on 28 December 2022. A follow-up paper QSL was received in the mail on 23 February 2023.

Radio Free Asia (via Sulaibiyah)

Radio Free Asia, transmitting from Sulaibiyah, Kuwait, was logged on 02 January 2023.  Lao language programmes of news amd current event reports were monitored:  00.00 till 00.40 UTC  (Broadcast time 00.00 till 01.00 UTC). Reception on 9.930 kHz rated a SINPO of 55555 -- excellent reception throughout much of the broadcast, although at about 00.35 UTC atmospheric noise gradually affected reception with a SINPO of 55454. HERE is RFA (Kuwait).

Reception report was emailed after the broadcast on the same day. QSL card arrived in the mail on 8 February 2023.
