  2. To my knowledge REE does not send an eQSL. Eventually I did receive a QSL card from REE for broadcasts via Chile, China and Spain. This was issued only after contacting the Spanish language department and in commemoration of their 70th Anniversary. Verifications are listed under my blog page, entitled: "QSLs: Shortwave Broadcasters". 73.

  3. RRs can also be sent via the Spanish SWLing Association. I got my QSL this way: https://aer.org.es/radio-exterior-de-espana/informes-de-recepcion-para-ree
